Instead of being dry
"How was your day? Tell me everything."

And no, this isn't me trying to escape accountability with a pretty website. I know what I did 😭
Today I was kinda rude, and my replies were way drier than they had any right to be. You didn't deserve that, especially from someone who genuinely cares about you.
I know saying "sorry" doesn't magically undo it, but I really am sorry, Amellia.
You mean a lot to me, and the last thing I want is to make you feel unwanted, ignored, or unappreciated.
So... I'm sorry for being an idiot today. I'll do better. ❤️
Instead of being dry
"How was your day? Tell me everything."
Instead of being rude
"I should've remembered that you're a person with feelings, not a notification I can answer whenever I feel like it."
Instead of acting weird
"I should've just talked to you properly."
Can I be forgiven for being a professional idiot today?
For the record, you're important to me.
I might be terrible at showing it sometimes, apparently spectacularly so today, but I really do care about you.
No pressure to instantly forgive me. I just wanted you to know that I realized I messed up, and I care enough to say it properly.
Now go ahead and judge my website design. I know you're tempted.
